  1. First Meeting Tonight! (10/2)
The Undergraduate Astronomical Society is having it's first meeting of the school year tonight, and it's going to be fun! We'll give an introduction to the club, and then do a fun ice breaker/activity of sorts (legitimately fun too). After that, we shall head up to the telescopes on MS around 9. The meeting starts 7:30 in Knudsen 2-222. There's free food, so I hope to see all of you there!

  2. First Sky Show! (9/25)
Hey guys, hope you had a fun summer! UAS's official first meeting of the year is next week, but we'll be doing a Sky Show tonight at 9 PM! For newbies, this is our weekly pilgrimage to the telescopes on the roof of MS where we look through the observatory telescopes at cool things like stars, planets (Saturn and Jupiter are pretty bombtastic), and the moooooon (turns out it's not made of cheese, who knew!?). Anyhow, I hope to see you guys tonight! There's also a planetarium show at 8 (also on top of MS) on general relativity and black holes, if you want to check that out
